PURPOSE: A motor pulley, a motor device and an electric power steering system are provided to reduce the noise, vibration and the deterioration of durability in system by selecting the number of the pulley teeth of the motor pulley minimizing the influence of the oscillation. CONSTITUTION: A motor pulley comprises a motor pole and a motor slot. The motor pulley has the motor noise frequency and the number of pulley teeth. The motor noise frequency at least one or greater is generated among the number of motor poles and the number of motor slot. The number of pulley is the prime number of the motor noise frequency. The motor noise frequency is the least common multiple at least one or greater among the number of motor poles and the number of motor slot.
