PURPOSE: A jelly carbonated beverage and a producing method thereof is provided to simplify producing processes by inserting carbonic acid with one mixing process. CONSTITUTION: A jelly carbonated beverage contains jelly syrup in a liquid phase. The jelly syrup contains the following: 0.155~0.42wt% of gelling agent formed with gellan gum, guar gum, and LM-pectin; 6~8wt% of white sugar; 0.01~0.02wt% of aspartame; 0.005~0.008wt% of acesulfame potassium; 0.1~0.2wt% of calcium lactate; 0.3~0.35wt% of anhydrous citric acid; 0.9~1wt% of apple concentrate; 0.08~0.12wt% of flavoring compounds; 0.001~0.003wt% of grapefruit seed extract; and the balance of purified water.
