PURPOSE: A docking device for an electronic device of a vehicle is provided to prevent electronic devices from being exposed to the outside by installing a connector unit inside a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A docking device for an electronic device of a vehicle comprises a predetermined space unit(110), a docking cover(200), a connector unit(300), and a holder unit(400). The predetermined space unit is formed in a vehicle body. The docking cover opens and closes the predetermined space unit. The connector unit is movably installed in the docking cover and is connected to an external electronic device. The holder unit is installed in the docking cover. A pair of fixing pieces(420) of the holder unit fix both sides of the external electronic device connected to the connector unit.
