PURPOSE: A prefabricated levee block with a water-containable capability is provided to prevent a water outlet from being blocked by floating materials. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated levee block with a water-containable capability comprises a lid part(10), a container part(20), an up/down moving unit(30), and a supporting unit(40). More than two water inlets and assembly grooves(11) are formed in the lid part. Water outlets(22) and assembly protrusions(21) are formed in a corresponded location with the water inlets and the assembly grooves. The up/down moving unit is ascended and descended depending on the amount of water. The supporting unit maintains the up/down moving unit to be vertical.
