LATCH ASSEMBLY HAVING DEAD BOLT

PURPOSE: A latch assembly with a dead bolt is provided to install in various shaped doors which cannot facilitate installation of a digital door lock and reduce battery consumption by locking the doors mechanically. CONSTITUTION: A latch assembly(100) with a dead bolt comprises a latch bolt(10) and a dead bolt(20). The latch bolt comprises an inclined surface in the front and a dead bolt receiving part. A part of the inclined surface is perforated and extended forward and backward to form the dead bolt receiving part. The dead bolt is accommodated in the dead bolt receiving part to slide forward and backward. The dead bolt is slid and a part of front end of the dead bolt is projected from the inclined surface of the latch bolt.
