PURPOSE: A cooling device using a vaporization heat is provided to maximize a temperature difference between hot air inflowing and cold air being discharged by reducing the humidity of air flowing into a heat exchanger pad and increasing water vaporized in the heat exchanger pad. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device using a vaporization heat comprises a dehumidification member(10), a reproducing member(30), a cooling member(40), and a transfer member(20). The dehumidification member comprises a case, a desiccant feeding unit, a desiccant discharging unit, and a route guide unit. A radiating unit is arranged in the inner circumference of the reproducing member. An inlet for cooling water is arranged in the lower part of a side of the cooling member and an outlet for the cooling water is arranged in upper part of the other side of the cooling member. A desiccant circulation pipe is arranged inside of the cooling member.
