PURPOSE: An Internet phone service method for increasing web accessibility for the blind is provided to have an Internet call with an institution which operates a corresponding web page using only an input unit. CONSTITUTION: The blind access a web page that an institution provides by an access terminal(S10). Key information for a call for an Internet call with the institution is guided by a voice(S12). The blind press the key using an input unit(S14). A web phone in which a receiving phone number of the institution is set is displayed on an access terminal screen(S16). |
