The topic of this invention is to modularize the heat pump mechanism. The platen to fix this unit can become a structure to assemble/detach easily through the track mechanism. The solution is the structure of heat pump unit (52) to be assembled/detached/fixed on the platen (6). The above-mentioned heat pump unit (52) can slide through the track mechanism which is embedded at the state to shift and fix the said platen (6) in the left and right directions. Also, the rear portion of the heat pump unit (52) pushes/propps up against and supports the platen (6) by the sliding. Furthermore, along the pushing/propping direction, the front portion of heat pump unit (52) is tightened by screw to be supported and fixed at the predetermined position.
