<p>The installation (1) comprises a crusher (2) that is intended to be mounted below a bottom of a collecting container such as a sink (3) and configured to crush organic wastes passed by rinsing water towards a plug of the sink, a soaking tank (4) that contains the crusher and receives a mixture of rinsing water and organic waste particles obtained from crushing, a first valve (5) for supplying water in the crusher, and a first pump contained in the soaking tank connected with an evacuator to evacuate mixture of rinsing water and organic waste particles towards an exterior of the soaking tank. The installation (1) comprises a crusher (2) that is intended to be mounted below a bottom of a collecting container such as a sink (3) and configured to crush organic wastes passed by rinsing water towards a plug of the sink, a soaking tank (4) that contains the crusher and receives a mixture of rinsing water and organic waste particles obtained from crushing, a first valve (5) for supplying water in the crusher, a first pump contained in the soaking tank connected with an evacuator to evacuate the mixture of rinsing water and organic waste particles towards an exterior of the soaking tank, and a composter that is connected with the evacuator and comprises a storage tank adapted to receive the mixture of rinsing water and organic waste particles. The storage tank comprises a repression opening located in a medium of the storage tank, and a filtering mass intended to be entirely covered by the mixture of rinsing water and organic waste particles stored in the storage tank under a discharge opening. A casing covers the storage tank. The composter comprises a network of drains that is located under the storage tank and arranged for recovering the excess water filtered by the filtering mass. The filtering mass comprises a geotextile envelope filled with pozzolana. The first pump is connected to: the composter by a discharge pipe; a second valve; and a network of pipes. The discharge opening of the storage tank is connected to a free end of pipes. The first valve is a solenoid valve, which is controlled by a computer for determining a concentration of optimal water in mixture of rinsing water and organic waste particles. The second valve is a four-way solenoid valve controlled by a time clock.</p> |
