PURPOSE: A sludge drying apparatus is provided to efficiently dry sludge and to shorten times required for drying the sludgy by minimizing the installation area of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying apparatus includes a rotary drum(1), a main roller, an auxiliary roller, a high temperature belt, a tension roll, a pressurizing roll, a scrapper, and a belt brush. Sludge, which is primarily moisture-eliminated in a dehydrator, is introduced into the rotary drum. The sludge rotates around the outer circumference of the rotary drum based on the high temperature belt in connection with the main roller and the auxiliary roller. A plurality of electric heaters mounted at the inside of the outer pipe of the rotary drum is conducted to dry the sludge around the outer circumference of the rotary drum. |
