PURPOSE: A foamed article manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method are provided to efficiently use the energy for producing the heating material by forming a closed space at the minimum space for the foaming. CONSTITUTION: A foamed article manufacturing apparatus comprises first and second molds(110,120), and heating material units(20,30). The first and second molds comprise first and second forming frames(111,121), a plurality of gas inlet holes(111a), a material injecting hole(111b), first and second frames(113,124), and a supply line(114). The first and second forming frames are each other coupled and are formed on the inner side. The gas inlet hole and material injecting hole are at least formed among the first and second forming frame. The first and second frame forms the closed space(115) by surrounding the rearward of the first and second forming frame. The supply line provides the closed space with the heating material for foaming. The heating material feeding unit provides the heating material for foaming with the first and second supply line for foaming the beads in the forming space. The boundary line of micro cell of the outer surface of the foamed article is removed after the foaming completed. The heating material feeding unit provides the heating material of high temperature with the first and second supply line.
