PURPOSE: A space information system mobile service system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to search a major facility in real time. CONSTITUTION: A spatial information standard computerization system unit(100) is connected to a major service space by a network. A standardized data link protocol and system unit(200) includes an ESB(210) and an EAI(220). A user terminal(300) receives data based on a user location using data of the standardized data link protocol and system unit.
