PURPOSE: A permanent magnet generator including a movable rotor is provided to maximize generation efficiency by minimizing a suction force of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: A guide key(220) is formed in a rotation shaft(200) in a longitudinal direction. The guide key is inserted into a guide groove which is formed in a rotor. A rotor(400) is movably inserted along the guide key of the rotation shaft. A current transformer measures an amount of currents induced through a winding(640). A controller controls the on and off of an electronic valve according to the size of a current.
