PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting the location of a reflector for a laser therapy device is provided to precisely irradiate a laser to an affected part by placing a reflector near to a laser oscillation location. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting the location of a reflector for a laser therapy device comprises: a menu plate(1) of a ring shape which is connected to a laser generator through an arm and in which a microscope is settled; a reflector assembly(2) which is installs in order to face the arm and reflects the laser delivered through the arm to an affected part; a fixed ring(10) fixed to the menu plate; a knob seating container(20) fixed to the fixed ring; and a forward and backward moving knob(30) in which a helix rail is formed.
