A buoy connected with an LNG regasification ship is provided to allow the LNG regasification ship to certainly detect a location of the buoy flowing on the surface of the sea. A buoy is selectively connected with an LNG regasification ship in order to connect a pipe of the LNG regasification ship to a pipe of the ground. A sea LNG regasification system is provided at the LNG regasification ship. The buoy includes a response sensor for transmitting a response signal to a detecting sensor of the LNG regasification ship in response to a signal thereof. A plurality of response sensors are arranged along a periphery of the buoy at the same interval. Each of the response sensors has the response signal of a unique frequency. The detecting sensor of the LNG regasification ship is a transceiver sensor(112). The response sensor of the buoy is a transponder sensor. The transceiver sensor exchanges signals with the transponder sensor to detect the position of the buoy.
