PURPOSE: A waterproof tape hot-air welder having a pressure control unit for an upper roller is provided to freely rotate waterproof fabric by lifting up an upper roller with a pressure control knob and an auxiliary cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof tape hot-air welder comprises a lifting cylinder(117), a lifting shaft(10) which protrudes downward and is coupled with an upper roller, a retracting shaft(11) which interlocks with the lifting shaft and is coupled to the top of the lifting cylinder, a lifting control knob(20) which has a screw coupling hole(21) and is coupled to the retracting shaft, a pressure control knob(30) which has a screw joint hole(31) and is coupled to the exterior of the lifting control knob, and an auxiliary cylinder(40) which the retracting shaft vertically passes through. The upper roller, the lifting control knob, and the pressure control knob are simultaneously lowered and raised by the operation of the lifting cylinder. At the state the lifting cylinder is lowered, the pressure control knob is raised by the ascent of the auxiliary cylinder and the upper roller is raised.
