PURPOSE: A guardrail apparatus is provided to have intensity to prevent vehicles from leaving in crashing and satisfy impact standard by using existing guardrails. CONSTITUTION: A guardrail apparatus comprises multiple posts(10), a guardrail plate(30), and multiple block-outs(20). One end of the posts is inserted into the ground(5) and the other end thereof is projected from the ground to support the guardrail plate and the block-outs. The guardrail plate is extended lengthily along a road and arranged in the multiple posts in two rows. The block-outs are interposed between the posts and the guardrail plate. One side of the block-out is coupled to the post and the other side thereof has a frame portion that is coupled to guardrails respectively.
