PURPOSE: A rod built-in frame for permanent is provided, which makes S-form of permanent waving possible by adjusting right and left and up and down movement of a rod. CONSTITUTION: A rod built-in frame for permanent can make 3-dimensional roll wave through a rod built-in frame(1) and flat S-form wave. The lower surface of the lateral frame(10) of separated bar shape is connected by a floor side(13) and forms a frame forming a frame bar of U-shape. The rod built-in frame for permanent controls an interval between rods by moving to the right and left along rails.
