PURPOSE: A roasting pan is provided to enable heat from a heat source to be efficiently transferred to an auxiliary pan since the auxiliary pan is directly heated by heat from the heat source. CONSTITUTION: A roasting pan comprises a main plate(50), a support tray(60), and an auxiliary plate(10). The main plate comprises oil discharge holes(51). The support tray holds oil falling from the main plate. The auxiliary plate is coupled to the upper part of the main plate. Food is roasted on the auxiliary plate.
