PURPOSE: A rack stroke adjusting device of a vehicle reduces the number of components, assembling steps, and production costs by using an electromagnet to simplify the structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A rack stroke adjusting device of a vehicle comprises a stopper(258) and casing(240). The stopper revolves with a power unit. The stopper comprises one or more protrusions which include a first slope part(282) formed on one side or both sides in a circumferential direction. The casing includes one or more insertion grooves(290) corresponding to the protrusions and a second slope part formed in the insertion grooves and sliding along the first slope part. During the operation of the power unit, the protrusions are inserted in or separated from the insertion grooves.
