<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring hemoglobins capable of measuring hemoglobins in a short time with high precision and capable of enhancing the life of a column. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for measuring hemoglobins by liquid chromatography in which eluent is delivered to a column packed with a column filler, the pressure value occurred in a measurement system is set at 9.8×10<SP POS="POST">3</SP>Pa or more and less than 9.8×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>Pa, the column filler is composed of polymer particles in which a layer of a hydrophilic polymer having a cation exchange group comprising an organic synthetic polymer is formed on the surface part of cross-linkable polymer particles composed of an organic synthetic polymer, and the hydrophilic polymer is composed of a segment derived from a monomer having a cation exchange group and a polymerizable double bond and a segment derived from a monomer having a functional group shown in the following formula (1) and a polymerizable double bond.
