<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment unit which converts various kinds of kinetic energy of the dental treatment unit into electric energy and stores and uses the electric energy thereby suppressing total power consumption of the dental treatment unit, preventing sudden stopping of the unit even at an emergency, such as power failure or the like, and allowing a user to carry out treatment safely. <P>SOLUTION: The dental treatment unit includes: a treatment chair 1 which adjusts the treatment position, treatment condition or the like of a patient by up-and-down motion A, rising-and-lying motion B and inclining motion C; a water supply circuit WI and an air supply circuit AI or the like for supplying water or air necessary for dental treatment; a draining circuit WO for discharging used water; and an exhaust circuit AO for sucking and discharging waste material, dirty water or the like generated during treatment. The dental treatment unit has generators G<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-G<SB POS="POST">3</SB>that are driven at the same time as the motion A, B and C of the dental treatment chair 1 and a capacitor that stores electricity generated by the generators.
