<p>The present invention relates to a photoelectric converter in which degradation due to moisture can be prevented. A dye-sensitized photoelectric converter comprises a glass (11) having a transparent conductive film, a dye electrode (12), an electrolyte solution 13, a counter electrode (14), and a glass (15) having a transparent conductive film. A moisture-absorbing porous film (101) is contained in the electrolyte solution (13). The moisture-absorbing porous film (101) comprises a material having a moisture-absorbing function whereby the water is selectively taken up without taking up the electrolyte (13). The moisture-absorbing porous film (101) uses, for example, a dehydrated moisture-absorbing separator (cellulose). Moreover, an electrolyte solution in which a moisture-absorbing powder is dispersed can be used in place of the moisture-absorbing porous film (101). The present invention can be used for a dye-sensitized photoelectric converter.</p> |
