PURPOSE: Trichostatin derivatives are provided to have excellent anti-fungi and anti-cancel activity, thereby using as an antibiotic or an anti-cancel agent. CONSTITUTION: Trichostatin derivatives are in chemical formula 1. Trichostatin derivatives are manufactured by biotranforming from trichostatin A by Streptomyces venezuelae. A manufacturing method of the trichostatin derivatives comprises: a step of culturing streptomyces genus strain in culture medium in which Trichostatin A is added; a step of extracting organic solvent from culture media cultured in previous step; a step of concentrating organic extract under vacuum condition; and a step of dissolving the residue of the previous step, and separating.
