<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure continuity between a tab line having a rugged part formed therein and solar battery cell electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes: a plurality of solar battery cells 2 having electrodes 11 and 13 formed on both sides thereof; a tab line 3, having a rugged part 21 in which hill portions 21a and trough portions 21b consecutive in the longitudinal direction on a surface are arranged alternately in the width direction, which connects the plurality of solar battery cells 2 in series; and an adhesive film 15, interposed between the electrodes 11 and 13 of the solar battery cell 2 and the tab line 3, which connects the solar battery cell 2 and the tab line 3. The solar battery cell 2 has an inflow part 16 formed in a connecting part thereof to which the surface where the rugged part 21 is provided is connected, into which a binder component of the adhesive film 15 flows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
