PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformed yeast enabling an intranuclear receptor ligand to be analyzed in high detection sensitivity.

SOLUTION: In the transformed yeast, an intranuclear receptor gene and reporter gene have been expressibly transferred, and the reporter gene can be expressed through recognizing a complex composed of the intranuclear receptor ligand and an intranuclear receptor. Besides, at least one of the function of cell wall protein and that of efflux-pump protein is deleted. When this transformed yeast is used, the intranuclear receptor ligand can be analyzed in high sensitivity. The intranuclear receptor gene is preferably e.g. a gene encoding a human intranuclear receptor.
