<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of a fluorochrome with an aptamer which is an aptamer binding to an environment-responsible fluorochrome (fluorochrome changing a fluorescent spectrum in response to the kind of a solvent) whose affinity to a nucleic acid has not been known, does not emit fluorescent light, even when mixed with a DNA except aptamer, and namely generates little background fluorescent light, in order to enhance detection specificity and detection sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a Dapoxyl or Dapoxyl analogue which acts as an environment-responsible fluorochrome and is excellent as a pigment binding to DNA aptamer, because of holding an intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) from an electron donor (ED) to an electron acceptor (EW) similarly to the Dapoxyl. There is provided a DNA aptamer induced from a DNA aptamer represented by a specific sequence and bound to an environment-responsible fluorochrome or from the aptamer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
