<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a light-up holding time for the lamp of a lighting apparatus every time any person in a predetermined region is detected by using a simple structure with only a few human detection units which can detect persons in the region. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting control system 1 includes a lighting apparatus 2 having a lamp 201 and an apparatus side control unit 204, a lighting control unit 3 which controls the light-up state and the light-up holding time of the lamp 201 according to a time schedule, a human detection unit 4 which detects persons in a region, and a timer unit 5 which counts an elapsed time from the point of time at which any person in the region is detected. In the time schedule are the light-up state and the light-up holding time of the lamp 201 associated so as to vary at each time of a day. When any person in the region is detected, the apparatus side control unit 204 controls the lamp 201 so as to maintain the light-up state associated in the time schedule until the light-up holding time elapses which is associated in the time schedule to the time of a day at which the person in the region is detected by the human detection unit 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
