<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection protection sheet for a semiconductor power generator and a method of manufacturing the same at low cost, by which light into a margin part where no cell is arranged can be reflected efficiently in a semiconductor power generator (a back contact type solar battery) having a wiring-reflective layer on a rear face side of a plurality of solar battery cells, which is an opposite side to a light incident side. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection protection sheet 10 for a semiconductor power generator is provided on a rear face side of a semiconductor power generator main body 1. The reflection protection sheet 10 has a wiring-reflective layer 19 on a rear face side of a plurality of solar battery cells 4. A part of the wiring-reflective layer 19 forms electric wiring 17 connected to the solar battery cells 4. A part of the other part of the wiring-reflective layer 19 forms a reflection film 18 having a prism shape for reflecting light passing through a filling layer 3 and the solar battery cells 4. The wiring-reflective layer 19 is produced by the subtractive method or the semi-additive method after production of the prism shape to an inner layer 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
