<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition which can improve waterproofness of an electrode to be formed when compared with conventional conductive compositions without sacrifice of adhesion to a substrate and reactivity to silicon nitride, and to provide a solar cell exhibiting sufficient adhesion and good conductivity between the electrode and an n-type semiconductor layer and having an electrode waterproofness of which is improved, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive composition contains silver powder, glass powder containing PbO, a vehicle consisting of a resin and a solvent, and a dispersant which disperses and stabilizes the silver powder and glass powder. The ratio of solver powder in the composition is 70-95 mass%, and the glass powder is contained by 1-10 pts.mass for 100 pts.mass of silver powder in the composition. The glass powder principally comprises PbO-B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and contains either ZnO and/or TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>as a minor constituent. Furthermore, ZrO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are contained in the glass composition and the total content of ZrO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in the glass composition is 1-10 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
