<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-filled vibration damping device having a new structure that prevents abnormal noise in a communication state of a short passage and effectively exhibits an aimed effect of vibration damping in a shut-off state of the short passage. <P>SOLUTION: In a partition member 38 that is provided with a movable film 62 having a film portion 64 and an annular retaining portion 66, a short passage 84 interconnecting a pressure receiving chamber 70 and an equilibrium chamber 72 is formed. In a valve part 90 that is disposed protruding from the movable film 62 and switches between a communicating state and a shut-off state of the short passage 84, a thick walled portion 92 and a thin walled portion 94 which is gradually thinner toward the protruding tip are provided. The thin walled portion 94 rises in the short passage 84 toward the pressure receiving chamber 70 and is pressed on an inner wall surface 96 of the short passage 84. The pressure of the pressure receiving chamber 70 is applied through the short passage 84 to the surface of the thick walled portion 92 close to the pressure receiving chamber 70, and the surface of the thick walled portion 92 close to the equilibrium chamber 72 is supported by the partition member 38. Meanwhile, the pressure of the pressure receiving chamber 70 is applied to one face of the thin walled portion 94 via the short passage 84, and the pressure of the equilibrium chamber 72 is applied to the other face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
