<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of efficiently obtaining an influence coefficient of a rotary machine, without giving an excessive load on a worker. <P>SOLUTION: A supporter 3c for supporting a rotor 2, a driving device 3b for rotating the rotor 2, a computing portion 7 for holding and calculating an influence coefficient and unbalance data in the rotor 2, and master work 2b whose real unbalance data are already known, are prepared. The vibrations and a rotation angle of the master work 2b during rotations are measured. The computing portion 7 produces vibration data about the master work 2b from the vibrations and the rotation angle, and calculates the unbalance data about the master work 2b from the vibration data and the influence coefficient held in the computing portion 7. When a difference between the unbalance data and the real unbalance data held in the computing portion 7 exceeds a permissible value, an influence coefficient is calculated, and the influence coefficient held in the computing portion 7 is replaced with the calculated influence coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
