<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold that can reduce processing labor hours for removing generated casting burrs. <P>SOLUTION: In the mold, a mold dividing line PL is arranged in a cavity surface region E corresponding to the molding region of a finish-cutting marginal part G of a non-finished cast H and in a cavity surface region F facing a corner chamfering surface b of the finish cutting marginal part, and also a dividing plane PS is formed so that angles (12d, 14d) defined on the mold inner side by a cavity surface and the dividing plane PS while interposing the mold dividing line PL therebetween, are controlled to be 90 degree or more. When using the mold in which the dividing line PL and the dividing plane PS are arranged in such the configuration, casting burrs are made to be generated from the finish cutting marginal part G. Such the casting burrs can be removed in the finish processing, thereby excluding a step dedicated to the removal of casting burrs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
