<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for adhesive sheet replacement, capable of easily attaining replacement operation, in replacement of a first adhesive sheet to a second adhesive sheet on an annular frame, while preventing the mutual adhesion of the adhesive sheets. <P>SOLUTION: The auxiliary tool for adhesive sheet replacement is used when a sheet-like material with the first adhesive sheet adhered to a first surface thereof is attached to the annular frame having an opening for receiving the sheet-like material to perform a predetermined processing to a second surface of the sheet-like material, and the processed sheet-like material is attached again to the annular frame with the second adhesive sheet being adhered to the second surface thereof. The auxiliary tool includes a sheet-like tool body including a through-hole for receiving the sheet-like material and having an outside diameter corresponding to the opening of the annular frame and a thickness smaller than the thickness of the sheet-like material; and a plurality of minute projections formed at least on a surface, to which the second adhesive sheet is adhered, of the tool body to reduce the adhesive force of the second adhesive sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
