<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a communication device comprising a storage, a state detection module, a communication module, and a communication control module. The storage stores information. The state detection module detects the state of the storage at least once as to whether the storage is in a busy state in which data cannot be written or in a ready state in which data can be written. The communication module performs communications with a communication device on the other end.
