<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress separation between a substrate and a sealing member. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL display element 10 includes: a TFT substrate 20 that includes a laminate 22 provided with a light emitting element 61 and has uneven surface; a sealing member 40 for sealing the laminate 22; and a sealing substrate 30 that face the surface of the TFT substrate 20 and is bonded to the TFT substrate 20 through the sealing member 40. The sealing substrate 30 includes an uneven part 32 on a surface at the side facing the surface of the TFT substrate 20, and at least a part of the uneven surface of the TFT substrate 20 and at least a part of the uneven part 32 of the sealing substrate 30 are adhered to the sealing member 40. The adhesion area between the sealing substrate 30 and the sealing member 40 increases due to the uneven part 32 formed in the sealing substrate 30, thereby increasing the adhesive force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
