<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make eccentricity between a down pipe and a drain pipe easily absorbable, while making an appearance good. <P>SOLUTION: An eccentric drain pipe cover 1 comprises: a down pipe connection cylinder 4 for being connected to a lower end of a down pipe 2; a drain pipe connection cylinder 5 for being connected to an upper end of a drain pipe 3 buried in the ground; an eccentric socket 6 for making eccentricity between the down pipe connection cylinder 4 and the drain pipe connection cylinder 5 absorbable; and a cylindrical skirt portion 9 for covering the eccentric socket 6 from the outside.
