<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet cleaning tool for the purpose of always keeping a toilet clean, since even when a toilet user fails to use the toilet and wets the floor under a toilet bowl after a cleaning person finishes cleaning, the toilet is left dirty until the next cleaning period, and the subsequent user is perplexed in standing/using the toilet, and cleanliness can not be kept. <P>SOLUTION: When a person fails to use a toilet and soils the floor under the toilet bowl, he can wipe the floor clean by using the toilet cleaning tool 1 provided beside the toilet bowl.
