<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly ensure the washing level of an endoscope to obtain a sufficient disinfection effect. <P>SOLUTION: An endoscope washing and disinfection device 30 decides whether the washing level of the endoscope 12 after washing satisfies a predetermined standard by a washing evaluation means and, in a case that the washing level satisfies no predetermined standard, the re-washing of the endoscope 12 is executed. Further, the usable time of the endoscope 12 is set corresponding to the washing number of times executed until it is decided that the washing level of the endoscope 12 satisfies the predetermined standard.
