摘要 <p>A uniform illuminance of an irradiated surface is obtained without requiring time for adjusting the illuminance of the irradiated surface even if the irradiated surface covers a wide area. At least one light source (xenon light source (2), halogen light source (7), and the like) and an optical filter (air mass filter (5 or 10), or the like) for an optical element correspond one-to-one with a light guide body (14 or 14A), and the irradiated area for the light guide body (14 or 14A) for surface irradiation and a partial irradiated surface (small irradiated surface) on an irradiated object (13) correspond. Therefore, illuminance for the partial irradiated surface (small irradiated surface) on the irradiated object (13) can be adjusted with good precision by changing the amount of light incident into the light guide body (14 or 14A) for surface irradiation. Specifically, the output for each lamp for the light source is adjusted, and the optical filter is changed to an air filter with a different transmittivity to adjust the illuminance for the partial irradiated surface (small irradiated surface) on the irradiated object (13) with good precision.</p>
