A cleaning and maintaining cloth for cleaning and maintaining metal utensils and its preparation and use methods are provided by present invention. Said cleaning and maintaining cloth consists of a main-body cloth made of anti-cut and absorbent material, and an oil-soaked cloth soaked with anticorrosive and antirust oil and set on the main-body cloth. Said main-body cloth and the oil-soaked cloth can be made in various shapes. Said cleaning and maintaining cloth can be used to clean skates, skis, and other sorts of metal utensils.
