COMPONENT INSPECTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A high speed components inspecting device is provided to obtain an exact image when components are inspected at a high speed through taking a photograph by a line scanner so that an exact component surface inspection is possible. CONSTITUTION: A high speed components inspecting device(M) comprises a first jig driving unit(100), a second driving unit(200), an inspection camera(300), and a control computer(400). When a target component(P) is seated on a first jig(10) at a component seating position, the first driving unit passes the first jig through a photographing position set to take a photograph of a surface of components and moves to a component discharging position along an inspection path. When another target component is seated on the second jig(20) at the component seating position, the second driving unit returns the component to the component seating position by moving along a second return path different from the inspection path or a first return path. The inspection camera generates images for the inspection by taking a photograph of the surface of the component passed through the photographing position by the first and second jigs. The control computer controls each movement of the first and second jig driving units.
