<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system introduced with a cogeneration device, in a chemical plant. <P>SOLUTION: The cogeneration system is characterized: by introducing the cogeneration system, whcih utilizes waste heat generated with power generation, to the chemical plant; and by utilizing superheat vapor, which is obtained by utilizing the waste heat and a refrigerant, in the chemical plant.
