<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a slurry composition achieving excellent dispersibility through simple steps, and to provide a slurry composition produced using the method for producing a slurry composition. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the slurry composition comprising an inorganic powder, a polyvinyl acetal resin and an organic solvent includes: a step of preparing an inorganic dispersion by adding and mixing an inorganic powder, a polyvinyl acetal resin (A) and an organic solvent for inorganic dispersion; a step of preparing a resin solution by adding and mixing a polyvinyl acetal resin (B) and an organic solvent for a resin solution; and a step of adding the resin solution to the inorganic dispersion. The polyvinyl acetal resin (A) has a polymerization degree of 20-600 and an amount of hydroxy groups of 18-27 mol%. The polyvinyl acetal resin (B) has a polymerization degree of 800-4,200 and an amount of hydroxy groups of 28-42 mol%. In the step of preparing the inorganic dispersion, the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) is added in an amount of 0.1-20 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the inorganic powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
