<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to precisely form a plurality of nozzles on a ceramic piezoelectric element at low cost, and thus working cost increases. <P>SOLUTION: An inkjet head includes: a nozzle plate in which nozzles each having an ink ejection hole are formed; an ink supply path for supplying ink to the nozzle; a first electrode formed to surround the ejection hole of the nozzle of the nozzle plate; a piezoelectric film to surround the ejection hole of the nozzle of the nozzle plate and cover the first electrode; and a second electrode covering the piezoelectric film and formed of a metal material forming the nozzle plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
