<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion strength between a base material and a coating layer formed on a surface of the base material which are included in a neutron detector cathode of a neutron detector placed inside a nuclear reactor core. <P>SOLUTION: In a neutron detector A1 where a base material 6 made of a nickel-based alloy is coated with a uranium oxide, an intermediate metal layer 3 is formed between the base material surface of the neutron detector A1 and the uranium oxide coating layer 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
