<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method for inside of a coating material pipe by which cost and an environmental load are reduced. <P>SOLUTION: After a coating material is discharged from the coating material pipe 5, strong alkali electrolytic water flows in the coating material pipe 5. Thereby the strong alkali electrolytic water enters between an inner surface of the coating material pipe 5 and the coating material stuck to the inner surface (permeation action), further negative ions in the strong alkali electrolytic water envelops the coating material and repulsive force produced between the negative ions and the negative ions on the inner surface of the coating material pipe exfoliates the coating material from the inner surface of the coating material pipe 5 (exfoliation action). Thus, the inside of the coating material pipe 5 can be washed without using a large amount of paint thinner for washing and by using the strong alkali electrolytic water which is more inexpensive than paint thinner for washing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
