<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet processing apparatus that improves operability of collection of defective money and copes with money stress. <P>SOLUTION: The paper sheet processing apparatus includes a plurality of safes A-D including in-use safes A, B, and D which stores paper money Pa thrown in or paper money to be paid out during dealings, and a detachable cassette safe C, and conveyance control means 2 which performs operation to identify by an identification part 20 and then supply paper money Pa loaded in the cassette safe C to the corresponding in-use safe A or operation to collect paper money Pa in the predetermined in-use safe A into the cassette safe C through identification of the identification part 20, and a saving part G which holds paper money Pa identified as defective money by the identification part 20. Then the cassette safe C is provided with a cassette safe-side defective money collection part 4 which stores the defective money separately from a storage part SP2 for storing paper money to be supplied or paper money having been collected, and the conveyance control means 2 is operative to convey the defective money saved in the saving part G to a cassette safe-side defective money collection part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
