<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet which has at least a foaming agent containing resin layer on a base material where the foaming agent containing resin layer includes an inorganic filler and is restrained from being discolored even after cross-linked by electron beam irradiation, and to provide a foamed multilayer sheet, the discoloration of which is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer sheet has at least the foaming agent containing resin layer on the base material. (1) The foaming agent containing resin layer contains a ≥25 pts.wt. light calcium carbonate having a ≤16 μm average particle size on the basis of a 100 pts.wt. resin component and a heavy calcium carbonate content on the basis the resin component is <20 pts.wt.
