<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus that shortens a molding cycle by reducing an exchange frequency of a gasket. <P>SOLUTION: A pressurizing device is provided which pressurizes a molding material 8 by elevating a lower mold 3 while a cavity 6 formed of an upper mold 2 and the lower mold 3, is filled with the molding material 8. Here, either of the lower mold 3 and the upper mold 2 is the one mold, and the other is the other mold.
